We activate your search
We sign a buyer representation agreement and you leave a $500 deposit. From that moment on, we work only for you.

We present only the properties that fit what you’re looking for. Before any offer, a team of attorney, notary, engineer and mortgage advisor reviews every detail with you.

We coordinate the bank, the notary and the handover. The day you sign, we return your $500.

Why a $500 deposit?
It’s a commitment on both sides. You trust us with your search and we dedicate real, exclusive time to it. We return it in full the day you sign for your home with us.
What if another agent has the home I like?
We work with trusted colleagues. We coordinate everything, you keep a single point of contact and your deposit refund still applies.
What if we don’t find the home?
We adjust the search together as many times as needed. And if the home you imagine doesn’t exist, Urbanity Home can design and build it.
Can I buy as a foreigner?
Yes. You can buy in your own name or through a corporation, with the same rights as a Costa Rican. The main exception is the maritime zone, which works by concession.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your details are used only for your search, viewings are private and we never publish who buys or for how much.
