Privacy policy

At Vargas Studio we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect on javivargas.cr and how we use it, in accordance with Costa Rica’s Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data.

What data we collect

Your name, email, phone number and the message you send us through forms, WhatsApp or email; and anonymous browsing data (pages visited, device) through cookies and tools such as Meta Pixel.

How we use it

To answer your inquiries, send you properties you may be interested in, coordinate viewings and improve the site. We don’t sell or share your data with third parties, except with professionals involved in your transaction (notaries, banks) when you authorize it.

App notifications

If you agree to receive notifications on your phone, we store an anonymous identifier provided by your phone (not your name, email or number), your language and the properties you saved in the app, only to let you know about new properties or changes to the ones you are interested in. You can turn them off anytime from the bell in the app or in your phone settings.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@javivargas.cr.
